nnnnCONSTRUCTION
nnnnThe self-priming volute casing pumps according to DIN 24255 of
nnnnthe series ULN are applied when it is necessary to suck in and to
nnnnhandle without problems and automatically, pure resp. turbid not
nnnnaggressive liquids which do not contain any solids. So they are
nnnnsuitable for:
nnnndrinking water supply for communities
nnnngeneral water supply in agriculture, business and industry
nnnnirrigation and drainage
nnnnsprinkling
nnnnpumping of condensate
nnnncharge and discharge of fuels and oils
nnnnPlease observe: the max. geodetical suction height amounts
nnnnto 5 m, provided that the necessary pressure
nnnncorresponding to NPSH is not exceeded.

nnnnHorizontal, self-priming single stage volume casing pumps with
nnnndimensions and nominal outputs accord, to DIN 24255/EN 733 in
nnnnback pull out construction.
nnnnThe back pull out construction allows the demounting of the
nnnncomplete bearing unit towards the drive side so that it is not
nnnnnecessary to detach the pump casing out of the pipings. On ap-
nnnnplying a coupling with dismounting piece it will be superfluous to
nnnndetach the motor.
nnnnThe programme consists of 27 sizes with 4 suction sizes and
nnnnneeds only 2 shaft units on applying the mechanical assembly
nnnntechnique.
nnnnWithin a shaft unit, shaft sealing, impeller fastening and bearing
nnnncover are exchangeable.
nnnnThe side channel suction stage is arranged at the drive side of the
nnnnvolute casing. It is connected in parallel to the liquid pumping
nnnnstage and works according to the sucking through principle.
