nnnnThe Sterling SIHI ADHL/AEHL and CDHL pumps are self-
nnnnpriming side channel pumps capable of handling gas along
nnnnwith the medium and operates at a low noise level.
nnnnThe ADHL/AEHL series are used to handle clear or turbid
nnnnliquids, under high heads and without any abrasive particles,
nnnnreliably and trouble-free. The CDHL with NPSH-improving
nnnninducer stage are used when liquids under critical suction
nnnnconditions have to be handled reliably and trouble-free.
nnnnWith these pumps a safe and efficient pumping service can
nnnnbe achieved even if the net positive suction head available is
nnnnlow.
nnnnThe number of hydraulic stages are as is customary in the
nnnnboiler industry.
nnnnThe performance curve steepness admits a precise regulation
nnnnof the pressure with a small change in capacity.
nnnnThe pumps are used in;
nnnn• Boiler industry for condensate and boiler feed water
nnnnhandling,
nnnn• Washing, cleaning and spraying plants,
nnnn• Dry cleaning.
nnnnDesign
nnnnThe pumps of the ADHL/AEHL and the CDHL series have a
nnnnsegmental construction with open vane wheel impellers.
nnnnThe CDHL pumps (combination pumps) are equipped with
nnnnopen impellers as well as a suction side centrifugal stage for
nnnnattaining superior characteristics with respect to the Net
nnnnPositive Suction Head (NPSH).
nnnnThe pumps of the ADHL/CDHL/AEHL series are side channel
nnnnpumps of the high-speed type that have been designed with
nnnnspecial regard to noiseless running. The program comprises
nnnn6 sizes.

nnnnThe flanges correspond to DIN EN 1092-2, PN 25 for ADHLV
nnnnCDHL and PN 40 for AEHL. Flanges drilled according to ANSI
nnnn150 or 300 lbs are basically possible.
nnnnBearing
nnnnOne grease lubricated ball bearing according to DIN 625
nnnnand one liquid surrounded sleeve bearing (design A). The
nnnnfirst grease filling is done in the factory.
nnnnDirection of rotation
nnnnClockwise, when looking at the pump from the drive end.
nnnnShaft sealing
nnnnThe shaft can be sealed by a stuffing box or a standard
nnnnmechanical seal.
