nnnnCONSTRUCTION
nnnnVolute pumps of the series ZTI in inline design have been developed
nnnnas space saving and easy-to-install pumping units, especially for the
nnnncirculation of mineral and synthetic heat carriers in
nnnnprimary
nnnnsecondary and
nnnntertiary
nnnncircuits.
nnnnIn compact design they are also applicable successfully in heat
nnnntransfer plants as main circulation pumps; for reasons of their
nnnnconstructional features they offer the plant manufacturer absolutely
nnnnnew possibilities for his plant conception.
nnnnDESIGN
nnnnSingle-stage pump units in compact design with nominal
nnnnperformances as per DIN 24255 / EN 733. Suction and discharge
nnnnorifices are arranged in line with each other for direct installation in
nnnnthe pipe work.
nnnnElectric motor and pump do not have a common shaft; standard
nnnnmotors as per list are applied.
nnnnThe back pull out construction permits the dismounting of the
nnnncomplete pull-out unit without removing the pump casing out of the
nnnnpipe work. The separate pump shaft and motor shaft connected by a
nnnnplug-in coupling make possible to dismount resp. replace the motor
nnnnwithout touching the pump.
nnnnThe DIN 4754 specifications are complied with.
nnnnAt present, the programme comprises 9 pump sizes.
nnnnCasing pressure:

nnnnMax. 13 bar from 120 °C to 300 °C
nnnnMax. 10 bar from 300 °C to 350 °C
