The ArcWorld® 1000 is a fully integrated, pre-engineered robotic arc welding solution with an indexing turntable. These single robot (AW1000) or dual robot (AW1200) workcells are designed to meet
high-volume production for small- to medium-size parts that can be welded from a single side.
The AW1000 series feature the high-speed MA1400 arc welding robot; DX100 controller with
menu-driven arc welding application software; integrated welding package; MR-300 indexing rotary part positioner; operator station; and total safety environment – all the automation required for robotic arc welding.
Easy Setup
n Forklift pockets on common equipment base and preassembled fencing make installation quick and easy.
n Twist-lock connectors are included on all interconnecting cables. Cables are terminated when shipped.
n Fits conveniently in a 110" high trailer.

n Safety features – enhanced dual-channel E-Stop functionality, integrated speed monitoring, manual brake release for the robot and compliance with both U.S. and Canadian safety standards.
Part Positioner: MR-300
n 300-kg payload, two-position rotary turntable.
n 4-second index time provides high-volume production.
n Table top has a center through-hole for utilities.
n 1,524 mm (60") turning diameter; divided by a protective arc screen that allows the operator to safely load and unload parts from one location outside the robot work envelope while the robot welds inside the cell.
n Designed to accommodate single or multiple fixture part runs. Fixtures are easily located on the table using dowel pins. Fixture plates are available as an option.
