Driver IC
S6BL111A is a single output Buck LED driver with internal FET. S6BL111A's maximum output current is 1.0A. S6BL111A is designed
to operate as a constant current source regulator. It is suitable for drive of large current LED driver.
A frequency adjust pin allows the user to program the frequency from 205 kHz to 2.1 MHz, it is possible to reduce the external
component size. It is possible to provide stable output current from an automotive cold-crank through load- dump (< 42V) input voltage
conditions.
S6BL111A is AEC-Q100 grade1 qualified.
