Der Hunger Tandem-Dichtsatz, innendichtend, wird zur

Abdichtung von Kolbenstangen verwendet. Er kann

bei Hydraulikol auf Mineralolbasis, in modifizierter

Ausfuhrung auch bei Wasser-OI-Emulsion, bei schwer

nnnn

entflammbaren Flussigkeiten sowie bei Druckluft ein-

nnnn

gesetzt werden.

Der TDI bestehtaus2Teilen, einem elastischen Grund-

nnnn

korper aus PUR mit einer Dichtlippe und einem Gleit-

nnnn

ring aus abriebfestem PTFE-Bronze-Compound mit

nnnn

einer Dichtkante. Die Dichtlippe ragt im nicht eingebau-

nnnn

ten Zustand uberden Nenndurchmesserder Dichtung

nnnn

hinaus und legt sich beim Einbau mit Vorspannung

nnnn

an die Kolbenstange an. Dadurch ergibt sich auch im

nnnn

drucklosen Zustand die erforderliche Dichtheit.

Umgeben vom elastischen Grundkorper dichtet der

nnnn

Gleitring axial in unmittelbarem Kontakt auf der Kol-

nnnn

benstange. Bei steigendem Druck und Stauchung des

nnnn

elastischen Grundkorpers wird vor allem der Gleitring

nnnn

an die Kolbenstange angepreUt. Durch die Dichtkante

nnnn

entsteht eine Kammer, in der sich das Schleppol sam-

nnnn

melt, das evtl. die Dichtlippe passiert hat.

It can be used with mineral oils and in modified form

nnnn

with water base fluids, fire resistant fluids and com-

nnnn

pressed air.

The TDI seal consists of 2 parts, an external elastic

nnnn

ring of PUR with a sealing lip and an internal slide ring

nnnn

of abrasion resistant PTFE-Bronze compound with a

nnnn

sealing edge. Prior to fitting, the sealing lip protrudes

nnnn

beyond the nominal diameter of the seal and when

nnnn

fitted is pressed against the piston rod. Effective sealing

nnnn

is thereby provided at zero pressure.

nnnn

The slide ring is surrounded by the elastic ring and

nnnn

seals axially in direct contact with the piston rod. Under

nnnn

increasing pressure and compression of the sealing

nnnn

ring, it is the slide ring which is predominantly pressed

nnnn

against the piston rod. The slide ring produces an

nnnn

annular cavity where any seepage oil that has passed

nnnn

the elastomer lip is collected.
