nnnnFisher® D3 Control Valve
nnnnThe Fisher D3 control valve is a compact, rugged valve
nnnndesigned for on/off or throttling control, and utilizes
nnnnFloPro technology, using either pneumatic or electric
nnnncontrol. This valve is ideal for use as a dump valve on
nnnngas separators and scrubbers. It is also well suited for
nnnnother high pressure applications in natural gas
nnnnproduction, compression, and processing. The D3
nnnncontrol valve is available in NPS 1 and 2 CL900 NPT end
nnnnconnections and NPS 2 CL600 raised face flanged end
nnnnconnections.
nnnnThe D3 offers easy maintenance. The trim and packing
nnnncan be maintained by removing the deep-bore
nnnnhammer nut and lifting the actuator/bonnet assembly
nnnnoff the valve without disassembling the actuator.

nnnnElectric and Pneumatic
nnnn■ Safer Bonnet / Valve Body Connection- The unique
nnnndesign provides additional protection if disassembly
nnnnof bonnet/valve body connection is inadvertently
nnnnstarted while there is still pressure in the valve body.
nnnnPins mounted in the valve bonnet help ensure the
nnnnbonnet disengages from the valve body as the
nnnnhammer nut is loosened, while the threads are still
nnnnengaged. This allows internal pressure to be vented,
nnnnwhile keeping the actuator retained to the valve
nnnnbody.
nnnn■ Field-Selectable Flow Rates-The FloPro feature
nnnnallows adjustment of the flow capacity without
nnnnchanging the trim. In this way, a single trim set can
nnnnbe used for more than one flow requirement,
nnnnreducing inventory and maintenance costs. See
