OVERVIEW
Customer demand for higher quality optics is driving the need for improved form, wavefront,
and radius of curvature metrology. ZYGO, a world leader in interferometry for nearly
40 years, has designed a new high quality solution for production metrology.
The Mini interferometer is a production-ready phase-shifting system designed to meet
the enhanced metrology requirements of volume optics manufacturing in a compact
configuration suited to the factory floor.
