The NorthDome® is a breakthrough gas density meter, molar mass analyzer
with integrated temperature and pressure compensation for both off-line &
on-line applications.

The NORTHDOME® is a smart, rugged and compact analyzer dedicated to gas density, specific gravity & molar mass measurements.
Either implemented onto process lines (ATEX) or used as a laboratory
instrument for quality control, the NORTHDOME® has proven high
metrological performances together with an unrivaled endurance to
process conditions.
Plug & play, continuous measurements
The standard version of the NORTHDOME® provides continuous raw
density measurements (at process conditions). The fully featured
version of the NORTHDOME® includes a SPHERE® sensor for pressure
& temperature compensation. An algorithm is then responsible for
combining raw density, pressure & temperature outputs to provide
normalized gas density, and/or gas molar mass acquisitions.
The NORTHDOME® is ATEX certified (zone 0) thanks to its ultralow
power consumption electronics. The device features an integrated
temperature probe positioned within the fluid, close to the sensing
element. The NORTHDOME® is best suitable for the surveillance of
refined, natural, and industrial gasses. Plug & play, it is easily deployed onto pipelines, process plants (mainline, bypass), gas mixers,
laboratory units, and can be integrated as an OEM.
