SELF-TUNING :
Our microprocessor controllers have a self tuning behaviour for PID
parameters which means that they are extremely easy to use.
SAFETY :
l 2 safety thermostats (one in the boiler, one in the expansion tank),
l Level sensor in the expansion tank,
l The expansion tank is fitted with an overflow and an antithermosiphon
spiral tube,
l The main switch is fitted with fuses,
l Circuit breaker for pump protection,
l From 20kW upwards, a counter of service hours facilitates
preventive maintenance
FREE SURVEY :
Our engineering department can carry out all necessary calculations
in order to dimension properly all specifications of the system (heating
power, throughput, back pressure,surface for heat exchange on
consumer...).
Our preliminary surveys are conducted free of charge.

UNIFORM TEMPERATURES :
The high flow rates of our centrifugal pumps ensures low temperature
drops between outlet and return of oil, meaning more uniform
temperature applied to the product or the part to be heated.
AN EXTENSIVE RANGE :
The combinaiton of options described hereabove means that the XH
range includes 132 types of standard devices and numerous other
configurations.
RELIABILITY AND QUALITY OF THE MATERIALS :
l GS cast-iron centrifugal pumps,
l 80/20 Nickel-Chrome heating elements ,
l Expansion tank with anti-thermosiphon spiral tube,
l All our appliances are individually tested prior to dispatch.
FLUID LIFE :
l The expansion tank is fitted with a safety thermostat,
l The centrifugal pumps have high flow rates,
l An anti-thermosiphon compensation spiral tube is fitted,
l The low heating density (<2,5 W/cm²) ensures that the thermal
transfer fluid has a long life.
