IX200 enables fast integration of industrial devices and systems
IX200 is an ARM based ind ust rial embed ded c omputing platform support ing a
powerful Linux system. The serial RS 232 interfac es enable t he int egrat ion of
indust rial devices like PLC's, invert ers in solar energy plant s, air cond it ioning
syst ems, power generators, ventilation syst ems, sensors, weighing machines
and many other industrial d evic es int o a network infrastruc ture. Int egrat ion
into a Mod bus, BACnet or SN MP environment is support ed by appropriat e
soft ware libraries and pac kages. A virt ual serial driver is also available. It
enables d irec t c ontrol of RS232 d evices over t he network / Internet wit h t he
st and ard Wind ows applic at ion program via a virtual serial COM port. A n
exchangeable S D card offers up t o several Gigabytes of nonvolat ile mass
st orage spac e for universal usage. It c an be used f or d atabases, for d at a
logging or even for larger programs or libraries. All c ommon file format s like
FA T, FAT32, ext2, ext3, among others, are supported.
Flexible programmable platform
C/C++ programming is supported by a st andard GCC to olchain with Glibc
library. Sc ript programs are supported as well as a Java runt ime mac hine and
ot her programming languages. A pplic at ion programs benefit from the read yt o-run ext ensive protocols, servers and clients ava ilable for immed iate use. A
CGI enabled webserver support s webbased applic at ions, d at a t ransfer c an
comfortably be done by ft p transfer and d at a management is enabled by the
SQL database system SQLite.
