nnnnThe testo 6721 is a budget dewpoint guard with
nnnnswitch contacts.
nnnnContinuously monitoring a "simple" compressed air
nnnnrefrigeration dryer was often not economically viable
nnnnin the past. This security gap is now closed with the
nnnntesto 6721. Whether integrated into the refrigeration
nnnndryer or pneumatic machine, or retrofitted by the
nnnncustomer, the testo 6721 avoids damage caused by
nnnnexcessive humidity in compressed air.
nnnnAreas of application:
nnnnSince the testo 6721 has only aswitch output, it is
nnnnprimarily suited to monitoring limit values.
nnnnmeasurement values cannot be output via an analog
nnnnsignal. The budget monitoring function is particularly
nnnnsuitable at machine level, in order to protect a
nnnnsystem, e. g. compressed air refrigeration dryers,
nnnnfrom humidity damage. This avoids costly repair
nnnnwork necessary by high humidity, leading to icing,
nnnncorrosion, material adhesion, "water hammer"
