The BRUSHLESS series has been created as an extension to the range
of the LOGIC series with which it shares great exibility in terms of bag shapes,
accessories and devices.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

• quick reel change using a pneumatic shaft
• vacuum lm holding bar to facilitate quick reel changes

Brushless 35
This machine offers important benets with regards to speed,
sealing force and practicality in format change, thanks to the
horizontal sealing carriage driven by the high performance
Brushless motor.
Available in Right and Left version, it is possible to install two
LOGIC BRUSHLESS side by side in order to obtain the highest
production on the market with respect to occupied area, while
maintaining ease of access to the machines. This proposal
allows to minimize the costs of production and reduce the
amount of machine downtime.
For frequent washing or products in brine, a structure in
stainless steel AISI 304-316, is available.
Brushless 45
This larger version, complete with lm unwind capable
of holding reels up to 980 mm and sealing bars of 450 mm
is ideal for big formats. Also available with a structure
of stainless steel AISI 304-316 .
The Brushless 45 is the ideal machine for the sectors
of the Salad & Produce, Frozen, Pet Food and the chemical
sectors. It is also recommended for multipack.
The Human-Machine Interface HMI allows to set and control
the machine in a simple and intuitive manner, thanks
to a clearly structured linear menu and a jog Shuttle system
with interactive graphics.
Advanced statistics and continuous calculations combined
to guarantee the maximum precision of every cycle of weighing.
