LOGIC FLEX

Flexibility is a prime characteristic of logic classic series,

the configuration "Flex 25/55" of Simionato is designed to treat

nnnn

fragile products while maintaining an elevated packing speed.

nnnn

The variable inclination, between 25° and 55°, allows the

nnnn

operator to find the best relationship between packing speed

nnnn

and fragility of the product. Flex therefore can treat fragile

nnnn

and less fragile products with a simple adjustment. The fixed

nnnn

loading point allows to vary the geometry of the machine,

nnnn

in just a few minutes, without adjustment, with the usual ease

nnnn

of use of the Simionato machines.

LOGIC L35I

The version with a fixed inclination of the LOGIC 35 represents

the ideal solution to pack fragile products.

The entire structure is inclined at 45°: The product can

therefore slide inside the forming tube avoiding knocks

and bangs that could damage it. Special optionals such as

conditioned double chamber foming tubes make it easy

to pack frozen or chocolate coated products.
