Food contact polyurethane tubing
Tygothane® C-210-A is plasticizer (including DEHP) free and fully complies with European Directives
for plastics in food contact, in particular Directive 2002/72/EEC as amended. It has also been
successfully tested for contact with fatty products according to Directive 85-572. It also complies
with Proposition 65 of the Environmental Protection Agency of the State of California (USA) and
meets FDA criteria for food and beverage.
Made of ester based polyurethane, Tygothane’s clarity, high tear strength and excellent abrasion
resistance, makes it ideal for many applications including filling, or drainage, transfer, food and
beverage processing applications. The consistently tight dimensional tolerances and elasticity provide
the user with an easy, worry-free attachment to fittings.
It has outstanding resistance to harsh alkaline cleaners and is equally unaffected by commonly

Le Tygothane ® C-210-A ne contient pas de plastifiant (y compris DEHP) et est entièrement conforme
aux directives européennes 2002/72/EEC pour le contact alimentaire et ses amendements.
Le Tygothane® est aussi conforme à la directive 85-572 pour le contact avec les produits gras, à la
Proposition 65 de l’agence de protection environnementale de l’état de Californie (USA) et aux
critères FDA pour l’alimentarité.
Fabriqué à partir d’un polyuréthane à base d’ester d’une grande transparence, très résistant au
déchirement et à l’abrasion, il convient à de nombreuses applications : remplissage, drainage,
transfert et dosage pour des applications agro-alimentaires.
Les tolérances serrées et constantes ainsi que la haute élasticité offrent à l’utilisateur une grande
facilité de fixation sur les raccords.
Le Tygothane® a une résistance exceptionnelle aux détergents alcalins et ne se détériore pas au
contact des nettoyants couramment utilisés.
