A centre partition has been provided
to allow for entirely independent
machining (reciprocal operation) on
both sides of the table. A pneumatic
system permits this centre partition
to be moved in the X-direction by
500 mm. Thus, the working area will
be extended by 250 mm in the Xdirection. The clear inserting width
in the opposite station will in turn
be reduced by 250 mm. The centre
partition only moves when a change
of the working station takes place.
