eYe - enhance Your efficiency
Wi-Fi Enabled PLC System
eYe (enhance Your efficiency) is a Wi-Fi enabled PLC system with internal memory.
eYe runs on RTOS (Real Time Operating System) with a built in TCP-IP server. It has 8
digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, real time clock and a full functional serial port. eYe
can be used for any kind of IoT applications in verticals like remote monitoring,
Industrial automation and control applications.
One such application this product is being used is for monitoring of discrete machines
such as CNC machines, SPMs etc. in manufacturing shop floor. Suitable signals are
tapped from the machines and connected to digital input lines on the eYe. eYe
monitors the changes in the signal status and records the status change in its
memory with a time stamp. This data can be retrieved from eYe through WiFi
connection and analysed to determine the machine status. Full functional serial port
can be used to upload / download data to the machines remotely. PC or mobile
devices can communicate with eYe using WiFi network. Application can connect to
eYe as TCP-IP client to collect data or to control the device. eYe provides both Client
mode as well as Software Access Point mode of operation, so that it can be connected
to other Access point when configured as client or can be made work as Software
Access Point to which other devices can be connect. The external client can be
physically away as it connects through WiFi and this enables remote monitoring and
control.
APPLICATIONS: Industrial automation, home automation/ home appliance
control, medical applications & other IoT based applications
