Machines are equipped with a SPS Simatic - S7, IPC and

operating panel with 15" touch screen monitor with all

required operational elements as well as sensors for the

visualization of all media.

In addition the machines could be equipped with the

specially developed software ARPAT for the collection

and analysis of your production information, this could

be stored in a Microsoft SQL-database and could be

easily supervised, worldwide, from your own computer.

72/375-MULTI

We have developed this band saw for your manual or

automatic assembly via robot.

The machine serves for top/tail cutting and cropping of

bricks up to a profile format of 210 x210 mm and a

workpiece length between 100 and 500 mm.

72/375-MONO

This band saw is available in two alternatives for the

optimized integration into your production line.

If you use the machine for cutting tops, for ingots (as

grown) with a length of max. 2500 mm and a max.

diameter of 350 mm, the saw is equipped additionally

with a motor-driven sledge, moving the ingot into the

cutting area.

Loading and unloading is done via handling system. Those

prepared ingots are placed to our new o.d. cutting

machine of type 72/476 for squaring.

In case your ingot is already squared (second alternative),

the saw is used with mounted roller conveyor for cropping

with subsequent surface grinding. Required cutting length

is done motorically.
