simplicity. Thanks to the rotating compressor
design and their few components, scroll compressors are very reliable and easy to maintain.
HAUG scroll compressors are oil-free in every respect, as they contain no oil in the system. Thus,
pollution is virtually eliminated.

HAUG scroll compressors are optimally controlled
by a PLC control system. For multi-systems, the
control system ensures a cyclic operation of the
single compressors in order to optimize efficiency
and load. This results in lower energy costs,
longer service intervals, and greater security of
supply in partial-load operation.
When operating multi-systems, the electric motors are started cyclically. The compressors are
designed for continuous operation.

HAUG scroll compressors are equipped with a monitoring system for the compaction pressure and compaction
temperature as well as the ambient temperature.
The PLC control system evaluates the operating data, informs the operator about the status, and controls the
operation of the individual scroll compressors in order to avoid overload and to ensure a consistent supply of
compressed air.
