Automatic Filter Integrity Tester
HTY-FT221
HTY-FT221 Automatic Filter Integrity Tester is an intelligent analytical instrument developed
independently by Hangzhou Tailin Bioengineering Equipments Co. LTD, with the characteristics
of mini size and high sensitivity. The tester has various standard functions, including forward
flow test, bubble test, and water immersion test, besides, forward flow test and bubble point test
are conducted together. It can automatically conduct self-test, control the setting time and the
test time, save and print the current test results, and display historical data by graphic, which
can reflect the changes of the detection time and the gas flow directly.
Working principle: in the same gas pressure gradient, measure or observe the gas volume
getting through from the other end of the wet filter to check the integrity of the membrane filter.
This tester can be used to check membrane filter' s (membrane or filter) integrity in the
pharmaceutical industry and biological fields.
