Dresser-Rand vital parts kits for single- and multi-stage steam turbines keep all of
a steam turbine’s vital wear parts in a single kit sturdy enough to provide years of
service in various environments.
The vital parts kit will help reduce costs by:
• Protecting and safely transporting parts to the work site
• Improving productivity during repair procedures
• Simplifying monitoring and controlling inventory.
The vital parts kit box allows for safe storage and transportation of parts, and the
bright case color makes these kits highly visible. Made out of a durable, high-impact
plastic with molded-in handle and locking clasps, the kit box is designed to be as
reliable as the parts themselves. The foam-padded compartments keep parts organized and easily accessible. Having one vital parts kit box for each unit helps speed
inventory of the parts most needed. Keep vital parts kit complete and ready for
every scheduled maintenance with the convenient reorder forms included in the kit
box.
The kits are turbine-specific, and can be created for multiple units. They’re available
for single-stage models RLA, RLHA, RLVA, and SST; and for multi-stage models R,
K, and U.
