Description technique:
Die komplette Anlage ist platzsparend
als eine Einheit in einem Gehäuse aus
Stahlblech und Stahlprofilrohren montiert, Materialaufgabe des Zerkleinerers als Aufbau auf dem Gehäuse.
Vor- und Feinzerkleinerung des EPSAbfalls in einem Arbeitsgang. Auswechselbares Lochsieb für die gewünschte Perlengröße.
Entstaubung des Materials direkt im
Anschluß des Granulierers.
Entfernung von Staub und Kleinpartikeln durch Vakuum. Granulattransport durch den Separator mittels
Schnecke. Rostfreie Außen- und Innenteile.
Entstaubtes Material wird in ein Lagersilo aus antistatisch gewebtem Kunststoffgewebe transportiert, Staub und
Kleinpartikel in die Filterstation oder
wiederum in ein Silo zur Weiterhandtierung, z. Bsp. Komprimierung.
The complete plant is mounted in a
space saving way as one single unit
into a housing made of steel metal
sheets and steel profiles. The material
feeding device for the pre-breaker is
installed on top of the housing.
Pre-crushing and fine breaking of the
EP waste are done in one working
step. The sieves are exchangeable
according to the required bead size.
Dedusting of the material directly subsequent to the granulator.
Removal of dust and small particles by
vacuum. Granulate transport through
the separator unit with a screw. Outer
and inner parts made of stailess steel.
The dedusted material is transported
into a storage silo made of antistatic
woven cloth. The dust and small particles are conveyed into the filter station
or into another silo for subsequent
handling, for example compacting.
L’installation complète est une unité
peu encombrante placée dans un
boîtier fait en tôles et tubes d’acier.
L’alimentation en matière du broyeur
se fait par le dessus.
Prébroyage et broyage fin des déchets
de PSE en une seule opération. Tamis
à trous interchangeable en fonction de
la Taille des perles souhaitées.
Dépoussiérage de la matière directement à la suite de granulator.
Enlèvement de la poussière et des
particules fines par le vide. Transport
des granulés à travers le séparateur
au moyen d’une vis sans fin. Parties
externes et internes inoxydables.
La matière dépoussiérée est
transportée dans un silo de stockage
en toile plastique antistatique, la
poussière et les particles fines sont
transportées dans des sacs un poste
de filtrage ou dans un autre silo pour
la transformation ultérieure, comm par
ex. la compression
