nnnnPULLEY SYSTEMS
nnnnESP PULLEYS
nnnnESP pulleys are simple in design and
nnnnconstruction. Sheaves feature sleeve
nnnnbearings to handle high static loads.
nnnnMIDRANGE HEXARATCHETS
nnnnMidrange Hexaratchets have a switch
nnnnon the side that engages and disengages
nnnnthe ratchet mechanism.
nnnnESP Fiddle Pulley
nnnnHBB301
nnnnESP pulleys have plastic
nnnnsleeve bearing for high
nnnnstatic loads
nnnnESP PULLEY MATERIALS
nnnnESP pulleys feature a long-lasting protective
nnnnfinish. Sheaves and sideplates are deep-
nnnnsaturation Hardkote-anodized for strength
nnnnand durability, and UV-stabilized with black
nnnnadditive for maximum protection. Teflon®-
nnnnimpregnated for a smooth, slippery surface.
nnnnESP SWIVELS AND FIDDLES
nnnnUse ESP swivel and fiddle pulleys in
nnnnpurchase systems of 4:1 or less. Set screw
nnnnin three-way head locks shackle in front or
nnnnside positions, or lets block swivel to keep
nnnnline from twisting.
nnnnHEXARATCHET® MATERIALS
nnnnRatchets feature Hardkote-anodized,
nnnnTeflon®-impregnated sheaves machined from
nnnnsolid aluminum for strength and corrosion
nnnnresistance. Delrin® ball bearings, sheave,
nnnnand sideplates are UV stabilized with carbon
nnnnblack for maximum protection. High-strength
nnnnstainless steel straps reinforce the pulleys.

nnnnMaximum working loads are 4:1 coefficient ratio of the breaking load. Human suspension applications require 10:1 ratio.
nnnnAWARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS. You must carefully read, understand, and follow all of the warnings and instructions in the User Manual provided by Harken in order to
nnnnavoid an accident. Never, under any circumstances, exceed the maximum rated load.
