Pressurized Water Thermo-regulation Units
PROFILE
The Thermogel®, TRP series, are thermo-regulation units with pressurized water up to +284 ° and 320 ° cooled by indirect exchange, through plate heat
F
F
exchanger, utilized in various industrial applications.
In particular, the TRP has been made to condition molds and cylinders in plastic and rubber, as an alternative to
traditional thermo-regulation units with diathermic oil.
The TRP ensures high precision and production quality, maximum repeatability and process efficiency, low
operating costs, practicality and safety.
•
TRP are equipped with sophisticated electronics and a unique hydraulic system which can obtain high
precision control of working temperature (± 1.0 °
F).
•
The control panel features a simple and easy-to-use interface, with temperature digital display with large
digits and a wide alphanumeric display for input of parameters.
•
Using a powerful microprocessor can control several parameters that are generally not managed by
traditional electronics, such as continuous display of operating flow rate and pressure as well as
machine status, operating parameters and alarm messages.
•
All messages are shown in the language selected by the operator, among five available (English,
mod. TRP140/12
French, German, Italian, Spanish).
TRP includes special functions such as:
•
Self-Cooling: a function that controls and leads to low temperature the unit after pressing OFF, completely
automatically.
•
Automatic Purge: automatic purging of air from the hydraulic circuit
•
Automatic Loading: automatic filling of water into the unit, with a transducer to monitor the pressure
•
Timer: ability to program the next start time
The TRP can be interfaced to main process machines, with which they can communicate. Several software serial communication protocols are available for
major known brands. The Thermogel® TRP is available with heating elements of 6, 12, 18 and 24 kW by means of electric with low load surface.
Thermogel® TRP have been designed with the utmost attention for operator safety and process against all possible risks. They are made in accordance with EU
Directives and have the CE mark.
