Once again, the history of the development
of the first billet loader depicted here is
characteristic for the high degree
of flexibility of REISCH. Because of a very
tight delivery commitment, REISCH was
able to eliminate other loader suppliers
and managed once again to realise this
technically sophisticated project according
to schedule.
Billet Loader
Variety does not mean being able to offer
a variety of products, but to find the
appropriate implementation/realisation
forthe customer from a multitude of
possible solutions. This principle was
and is frequently decisive for the success
of our operation.
Long service life through generous
dimensioning and use of lowOf course, the system does not only consist of the actual loader
depicted here but includes a 3-axis manipulator. The latter
accepts the hot pin partly consisting of individual pieces, turns
it by 180° (thermal head) and places it into the mouth of the
loader after sooting. In addition, an adjusting unit adjusts the
loader mouth to suit the billet length. The loader is now ready in
the vicinity of the press for the actual loading process, which only
takes seconds.
