Horizontal hydraulic compacting machine for compacting and shaping waste material bales or
recyclable materials such as: cardboard paper, nylon plastic, big-bags, fibre-glass and insulation in
general, tyres, fuel tanks, fenders, PET and tetrapak bottles, leathers, rags, cloths, generic trash,
etc. ...
Especially suited for the furniture and bed mattress industries materials such as expanded and soft
polyurethane, foam, padding.
The model MG 60 T.A.O.-C compacting machine features a closed compaction chamber, the front
part opens for inserting materials to be pressed. The loading door is hydraulic-based for crushing any
overloads. The electrical panel is located high along with the hydraulic control unit. All commands
are within easy reach for user-friendly operation.
Material is loaded from the top, and the chamber is extra sized. It can be either loaded manually or
with a claw. The material is front-loaded, the materials holding systems optimise loading times,
ensuring that the loading chamber is always empty at the end of every pressing cycle.

The compacting cycle (up and down compactor strokes) is button-operated automatic.
Bale binding takes place with doors closed, and is manual. We suggest using quick link wire. The
compacting machine is fitted with apposite carters.
A beeper announces when it's time to tie the bales, this ensures the bales are all similar to each
other, in terms of weight and dimensions. The signal point is adjustable.
Automatic ejection of the bale is done thanks to a drive piston extender.
Closing the bale expelling door is done via hook system. There are 4 cylinders that move the bale
before opening to prevent the material from pressing on it.
The compacting machine is made be fastened to the ground.
The compacting machine is epoxy varnished. The standard compacting machine colour is RAL 7016
grey , moving parts and protections are RAL 1007 yellow. The colours of the compacting machine can
be changed according on the RAL table.
The compacting machine is tested at the Ausonia works prior to being shipped. The MG 60 T.A.O. is
shipped on its side, with cylinder retracted into the chamber. On delivery just reposition the
cylinder, check the direction of rotation of the electric motor and the machine is ready for use. The
usage and maintenance manual delivered with the compacting machine, and which must be read by
operators prior to use, explains every detail for every operation and the use of the machine.
