AR01 NG
The AR01 NG (New Generation) Welding Controller has been
developed to meet the industry's demand for resistance welding
solutions.
The new AR01 NG Welding Controller is easy to
incorporate into a welding cabinet, thus allowing to
control higher power capacities.
Economical, reliable, quick to install and easy to handle - this range
of standard controllers covers applications up to 56kVA under 400V
50/60Hz and up to 32kVA under 230V 50/60Hz.
To provide for optimum process reliability, the AR01 NG is
able to measure and control the welding current up to
50kA (optional feature).
Getting started rapidly - the AR01 NG is equipped with an
ergonomic and intuitive interface panel that gives the user direct
access to all basic features as well as to 9 pre-programmed
operating programs. All welding parameters are saved without any
battery in a "flash" memory for an unlimited period of time.
To guarantee an up-to-date and efficient management of 50/60Hz
guns and machines, the welding controller integrates state-of-theart microprocessors. It also ensures perfect synchronization and
control of the thyristors.
