1 Product Overview

RH1000 online monitoring station is specially designed for the

non-stable-status operating feature of wind turbines, adopting

full sampling patent technology. It has 16 vibration channels, 4

processing information channels and 2 tacho channels, capable

of acquiring and monitoring the vibration, tacho of the turbines

simultaneously. The control parameters like power, wind speed,

etc. can be input.

Main Features

1) Comprehensive data acquisition

■ RH1000 online monitoring station is specially designed for the non-stable-status operating feature of wind turbines, adopting full sampling

patent technology. It has 16 vibration channels, acquiring real-time acceleration, velocity, displacement, and speed synchronously. All the

vibration data is acquired first, then analyzed by the system to decide whether to keep it or not, to make sure the most important vibration

signal is acquired.

■ Wide dynamic range : 24bit A/D converter, enables the system dynamic range greater than 110 dB, ensure the accurate collection of mV

level signal.

Wide analysis frequency span, powerful calculation capability: maximal analysis frequency is 40 KHz, which is independent from the channel

quantity; capable of calculate up to 12800 lines FFT.

2) High reliability

I Fully Integrated structure : integrates with signal conditioning^ power supply^ data processing and communication module, without

wearing parts such as hard disk and fan.

■ IP65 Protection grade : The onsite collection box of RH1000 has dustproof and waterproof protection grade IP65. Guarantee that the

collection box can be used on industrial site for long time, defended influence of dust and smeary.

Design of the lower consumption : Application of industrial ARM chip, greatly reducing the heat emission of hardware, can work in high

temperature industrial field without cooling fan assembly.

■ Hardware protection : Application of firmware and watch dog circuit ensures system stability and avoids the damage of computer viruses

Completed self-checking function: monitoring station has the automatic diagnosis system forjudging the status of vibration, processing,

speed channels

3) Good scalability

■ Communications diversity : Ethernet, CAN, 485 and so on. It can meet the requirement of different industrial field, capable of copy U-disk.

Users can copy data to server at regular interval to realize online monitoring.

Vibration channel is compatible with voltage and current signal, and can provide 24V@4mA constant-current source for IEPE accelerometer.

Tacho channel is compatible with multi-type speed transducer, including photoelectric sensor, eddy current type transducer and hall sensor.
