OES 30ED
The OES30ED, our 7.9 gallon capacity solvent recycler is manufactured to recycle waste solvent in all kind of
industries, such as automotive, fiberglass, paint and ink manufacturers, electronic/PCB manufacturers and
many more. Utilizing the OES30ED solvent recycler not only reduces your solvent waste but also minimizes
your new solvent purchase costs.
How it works:
1. Pour waste solvent into the Aisi 304 stainless steel tank
2. The recycler starts heating up the solvent and brings it to boil
3. The polluting substances, such as resin, zincs, silicones, inks, etc are separated from the solvent and
remain in the tank.
4. Recycled solvent (clean solvent) passes through our air cooled condenser and flows down into the
collecting tank.
5. The residuals, remaining inside the tank, are easily removed by taking out the special high-heat resistant
distillation bags, which keep the tank clean and operational efficiency.
The OES solvent recycler is designed to be easy to use. There is no special training and the cycle is 100%
automatic. After pouring the solvent in the tank, push START button and walk away. Our powerful 8 bit
microprocessor monitors the time and temperature and even alerts you if there's a problem with the system
With specific solvent programming abilities you can tune the recycler to your exact solvent enabling you to
reach 95%-99% purities. Available in normal and Class I Division 1 requirements. Auto-filling system and
vacuum generator are also available.

Eexd. El ciclo de trabajo es completamente automatico, regulado portres termostatos analogicos, que permiten la programacion
basandose en la lectura de la temperatura de ebulliclon del disolvente.
En el deposito de acero Inox AISI 304, se vierte el disolvente a recicla^
posteriormente es evaporado por calentamiento. Los vapores (fraccion
volatil) son de esta manera separados de las partes solidas (fraccion no
volatil), tales como pinturas, grasas, pigmentos, resina, etc... y llevadas
posteriormente a un sistema de enfriamiento donde se condensan
mediante un flujo de aire forzado, generado por un electroventilador,
y recogidos en un recipiente para tal fin. Los residuos que quedan en el
tanque, se pueden eliminar mediante basculamiento del equipo o
utilizando las bolsas plasticas especificas para esta funcion.
