Style 8400 Flue Ducts
nnnnGarlock offers a wide range of flue duct type expansion
nnnnjoints for lightweight applications, especially for scrub-
nnnnbers, precipitators, baghouses, and fans in air handling
nnnnsystems. Style 8400 flue ducts are available in round,
nnnnrectangular or square configurations, as belt type (with-
nnnnout flanges) or U-type (flanged), with virtually no size
nnnnrestrictions.
nnnnGarlock also provides on-site vulcanization for flue ducts
nnnnthat require splicing into position due to obstructions or
nnnninterferences that prevent continuous construction instal-
nnnnlations.

nnnn■ Face-to-face dimensions: typically 6" (152 mm),
nnnn9" (229 mm) or 12" (305 mm)
nnnn■ If any leg is smaller than 30" (762 mm), joint will be
nnnnbuilt on a metal form with column corners
