DIGITAL TEST GAUGE
nnnnThe all new DX digital gauge from Budenberg is designed to
nnnnoffer a truly simple, cost effective digital gauge to cover a wide
nnnnrange of applications from calibration laboratory to in-field use.
nnnnThe DX is offered in a choice of standard ranges up to 700 bar
nnnnin conformance with the EN-837 standard. Alternatively units
nnnncan be factory programmed to offer the precise range and
nnnnpressure units required for any particular application.
nnnnBased around a high specification Peizoresistive silicon sensor,
nnnnthe DX has an accuracy of 0.1 % of the calibrated span which
nnnnis fully temperature compensated across the range of -10 to 50
nnnnDeg C thereby allowing accurate readings to be taken over a
nnnnwide range of ambient conditions.
nnnnThe unit has a large five digit LCD display that incorporates a
nnnnvertical bar graph to indicate the %age of the range being
nnnndisplayed. Menu keys allow the user to define or reconfigure
nnnnthe mode and characteristics of operation if required.
nnnnDial Size
nnnn86 mm (3.4")
nnnnMounting
nnnnDirect
nnnnConnection
nnnn1/4" NPT or BSP male connection in 316 stainless steel.
nnnnAn integral filter in the inlet prevents the ingress of solids whilst
nnnnan in-built oil filled isolation seal protects the sensor.
nnnnCompatibility
nnnnAll liquids and gases compatible with 316 Stainless Steel
nnnnScale Ranges
nnnnRanges from Vacuum to 700 bar can be provided in either
nnnnstandard ranges as defined in EN-837 or specially programmed
nnnnto suit the requirement. (Please see overleaf).
nnnnPressure Scales
nnnnpsig, bar, mbar, kPa, Mpa, mmHg, "H20, "Hg, mmH20, mH20,
nnnnKg/cm2. Two active pressure units can be pre-programmed
nnnnat the factory or user selectable via the menu keys.
nnnnAccuracy
nnnn0.1 % of calibrated span on all pressure scales and units
nnnn0.25% of vacuum range of-14.5 to 0 psig
nnnnAll units may be safely used to measure vacuum, but only units
nnnnwith a calibrated range of 0-7 bar or less will be rated and
nnnntested for vacuum operation
nnnnTemperature
nnnnOperating & Compensated: -10 °C to +50 °C
nnnnStorage: -40 °C to +70 °C
