DESCRIPTION
The PSM Valve is the ideal solution for dynamic mixing 2-
Component materials when static mixing is not adequate.
The Power Static Mix Valve is designed for difficult to mix
materials and ensures a homogeneous mix occurs by
combining rotary dynamic mixing with a low cost disposable
mixing chamber.
Solvent flushing is not required.

tungsten carbide ball needle and seats for
long life with abrasive materials

of check valves which are prone to leak
causing frequent maintenance issues

individually controlled to reduce or eliminate
lead-lag dispensing issues
.. Independent control valves allow purging the
mixer with part-A or part B material

manifold assembly with closed loop
transducer for critical curing processes
APPLICATIONS
Material dispensing applications include mixing 2-part
epoxy, silicone and polyurethane. The PSM Valve is ideal
