Petrochemische Anlagen haben Bereiche, in
denen explosive Atmosphären entstehen können.
Das TA FM-System wird für diesen Einsatzbereich speziell modifiziert. Durch eine zünddurchschlagsichere Kapselung ist ausgeschlossen, dass
die elektrischen Bauteile des TA FM-Systems
Zündquellen für die Umgebung sind. Selbst bei
Blockade oder Zerstörung des Elektroantriebes
im Katastrophenfall wird im Failsafe-Modus die
Sicherheitsstellung der Armatur angefahren, weil
Schließfeder und Zahnstange, unabhängig vom
Antrieb, die Armatur betätigen.

Petrochemical plants have areas with potentially explosive atmospheres. For the service in
these areas, the FM-System must be modified.
Being encased by a flameproof enclosure, it is
impossible for the electrical components of the
FM-System to be a spark source for surrounding
gases and vapours. Despite a blockade or a
destruction of the electric actuator during an accident, the failsafe mode of the FM-System will
turn the valve into the safety position, because
the pressure spring and the gear rack will operate the valve independently from the actuator.

Die Notsteuerung E71 ist eine
Alternative zum FM System, wenn
geringe Einbaumaße gefordert
sind und die normale Laufzeit
im Failsafe-Modus ausreicht. Die
Notsteuerung E 71 gewährleistet
das motorische Anfahren
der Sicherheitsstellung bei
Stromausfall. Als Spannungsquelle setzen wir hochwertige
