VARIABLE REPEAT

The printing units are equipped with

interchangeable printing cassettes. The

cassettes consist of the plate, the blanket

and the printing cylinder, and the size

changeover is done tooless, by pneumatic

locking system.

The cylinders are built with bearers so that

we can keep the adequate pressure for the

highest printing quality with the easiest size

changing protocol.

COMBINATION

With the latest servo motor technology, the

totally modular concept of the Perfect NT

press allows multiple configurations and

combination of different printing technologies

(offset, flexo for varnishes and spot security

inks, screen for Braille, applications, gravure

for gold and silver inks, numbering!) and

finishing applications (cold seal lamination,

cols stamping die cutting, perforating,

sheeter) to obtain a top quality finished

product in a single pass.

The Perfect NT press is the most versatile

press in the market. The modular design

and the shaftless technology allow multiple

combinations and hybrid solutions.

This design has been developped mainly to

match the requirements of the security

printing industry. In this respect the improved

and accurate tension controller allow, together

with the servo drives to maintain a perfect

register to reduce the paper wastage

drastically.

This technology allows individual control of

the units for a very fast set up even with the

most difficult substrates, and generate a

constant and stable offset printing quality.
