nnnnReverse directional valve type URJP10... is used for
nnnncontinuous duty together with a hydraulic cylinder. It
nnnnfunctions in self-reversible cycle. It is applied in
nnnnscraping systems e.g. dung or sawdust. The reverse
nnnndirectional valve can operate under fire hazard
nnnnconditions.

nnnnThe reverse directional valve type URJP10... makes an
nnnnautomatic change in direction of fluid How. It is
nnnnpossible by opening and closing the How lines by
nnnnmeans of a working element - a spool in this case.
nnnnThe reverse directional valve type URJP10... is 4-way
nnnn2-position directional spool valve automatically
nnnncontrolled. The piston rod of a cylinder reaches the
nnnnextreme position causing increase of the pressure in a
nnnnsystem up to the set pressure at pressure relief valve
nnnnand at the same time causing decrease of How rate.
nnnnIn this moment the reverse directional valve is
nnnnswitched automatically and the direction of movement
nnnnof the piston rod is changed. Minimum pressure set at
nnnnpressure relief valve in the hydraulic system should be
nnnn2 MPa in order to secure the shift of the spool. The
nnnnpressure as the result of loading outside cylinder should
nnnnbe lower by at least 0,6 MPa than the pressure set at
nnnnpressure relief valve. It is recommended that the
nnnnreverse directional valve. The reverse directional vale is
nnnnrecommended to work together with a cylinder of
nnnnminimum piston diameter 63mm.
