TT THERMAL LUBE SOFT is an extreme temperature
grease type lubricant which contains no metallic solids nor
silicone fluids. Compounded reactive polymers maintain a
stable viscosity over a wide temperature range.

At temperatures above 150°C the translucent TT THERMAL
LUBE SOFT will transform into a golden coloured resilient
tacky compound.
CHANGEOVER - if at all possible TT THERMAL LUBE
SOFT should only be introduced into new or thoroughly
cleaned bearings.

Customer Benefits
Constant operating temperature of 220°C with increases up
to 320°C for short periods of time.
Will not melt, drip or run out, once base fluid is converted.
Converted, reactive polymers increase adhesion to hot
metal, thereby ensuring positive lubrication at high
temperatures.
Excellent water wash characteristics, even when subjected
to hot water, steam or mild detergents.
Can be used in glands and slow moving bearings at subzero temperatures.

Applications
High temperature applications for ball and roller bearings
where other lubricants fail, due to gum and carbon deposit
formation.
Sub-zero temperatures in oil well head glands.
