Solution Overview
TPO’s Material & Asset Tracker (MAT) allows management
and operators real-time visibility of critical high-value mobile
assets such as: raw material pre-preg rolls, kits, tools and
layup molds.
TPO MAT utilizes battery-powered triple-technology RF/IR/LF
tags, affixed to the protected assets and a fixed Ethernet/Wi-Fi
compatible infrastructure comprised of RTLS RF Readers, IR
Readers and LF Exciters strategically installed throughout the
facility, all managed by TPO MAT software. MAT can be scaled
to enable different levels of real-time location visibility: from
zonal to room level, to sub-room level accuracy.
TPO’s Material and Asset Tracker is seamlessly integrated with
Plataine’s TPO FabricOptimizer™ and TPO Scheduler to create
an end-to-end production optimization solution.

TPO MAT provides:
Visibility: TPO provides real-time dashboard and reports by
capturing critical and actual information about the rolls, kits
and molds, such as: production floor location (including time
in and out of the freezer, duration of stay in each production
step), temperature, motion information and more.
Total Optimization: Due to the ease of implementation of
RFID/RTLS, TPO’s solution are the most cost-effective way to
protect expensive and critical assets such as kits, rolls, tools
or even molds in challenging, indoor/outdoor manufacturing
environments.
Alerts: TPO alerts production staff and supervisors when
individual kits/rolls reach quality or production thresholds
such as temperature or shelf-life limits, production delays or
bottlenecks, or when illicit asset tampering or unauthorized
asset movement is detected. Alerts available 24 hours-a-day
on mobile devices as well.
