High Power Fiber Laser Single Mode ErYb 1 to 5 W CW
nnnnThe FL-EY Series are a compact, OEM module or turnkey systems of diode pumped
nnnnsingle-mode Ytterbium fiber laser which provide up to 5 W of CW near diffraction limited
nnnn(M2 < 1.1) 1.5um laser beam. Customers can select MHz or nm linewidth. The fiber laser
nnnndelivers a beam directly to the work side through a metal-shielded single mode fiber
nnnncable terminated by a collimator with beam diameter from 0.4 mm to 7 mm.The Laser is
nnnnprovided with either an integrated collimator or a plug-in connector. Circular spots with
nnnnfocuser could be a few microns in diameter, with a long working distance focused onto
nnnnthe work piece. The all-fiber configuration guarantees the robustness of the lasers with
nnnnmonolithic design without any optical parts to align or to stabilize, no need for routine
nnnnreplacement parts or materials, which can operate under high shock, vibration and dust
nnnncondition. These fiber lasers have a very high reliability, which could not be achieved by
nnnnother solid state or gas laser systems. Output power could be amplitude modulate up to
nnnn100 kHz with the possibility to adjust duty cycle.
nnnnFiber laser can be controlled by RS232 or USB, which allows a simple integration
nnnninto customer setups.
nnnnAll FL-EYs are available in Bench Top, 19" Rack-mount or Module formats.
