The IsoAir Particle Sensor incorporates the Airnet® II Particle Sensor into a rugged
316L stainless steel enclosure to offer an easy to use and cost-effective method of
monitoring cleanroom particulate levels in the most demanding environments.
This particle sensor offers a small footprint and unparalleled performance and data
transmission capabilities while meeting the specification of ISO 21501-4. The IsoAir
Particle Sensor is the cornerstone of a reliable Facility Monitoring System.
Installation is simplified with versatile power options, such as the use of distributed
power, a local AC power source, or the ability to use Power over Ethernet (PoE).
Communication capabilities include the use of Ethernet communications
to interface with Pharmaceutical Net, Facility Net, or FacilityPro™ software,
or customer-supplied software. Additionally OPC communications, Modbus
communications, or optional 4-20 mA outputs make this system easy to integrate
into existing facility monitoring systems.
Data integrity is maintained through the use of a data queue feature that will
continue to gather data in the event of lost communications with Pharmaceutical
Net software or Facility Net software. This particle sensor incorporates a flow
sensing system that alarms with flow changes > 15% from the set flow rate. This
alarm can be used to identify problems in the vacuum system’s operation and
prevent the gathering of inaccurate data during flow failures. If there is a flow
alarm, the particle sensor will automatically shut the laser off until the flow returns
to normal conditions. This extends the laser life by preventing any overheating
conditions due to the loss of air flow.
For application where Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) is used for sterilization,
an optional VHP-compatible unit is available.
Class I Division 2 rated sensors are available for hazardous areas.
