BAG FILLING AND SEALING MACHINE

The new CG 01 has been developed to handle biode-

gradable materials, this me els todays environment

protection most demanding requirements.

It handles pre-made paper bags and can also handle

heatsealable bags made with paper/foil,

paper/polypropylene, etc., laminates.

MODE OF OPERATION

After a large amount of bags have been deposited into

a magazine, they are individually picked-up and

brought to Ailing station.

After filling they are flattened, sealed by gfue and

stamped. Finally the sealed area is pressed to insure a

perfect closure. During their handling bags are

positively hold at their bottom by a couple of jaws.

MAIN FEATURES

- CG 01 can be provided with two filling stations.

enabling to fill two different products or to fill Ihe wished

amount in two phases, thus achieving high outputs

when large weights are to be packed.

- Unusually wide bag size range. Quick and easy size

changeover.

- Availability of heated jaws to handle and sea!

laminate bags, including special system to remove air

from sachets.

- All drives and kinematics are located at the lower

machine side, with easy access and separate from the

bag handling upper stations, making cleaning and

maintenance comfortable.

- Suitable for connection with roll-stock fiWs machines

to produce 'sachets in bags"

FILLING SYSTEM

The standard dosing system {specifically designed for

seeds) is of volumetric type, with telescopic cups and

with adjustable dose size also with machine in running

status. Dosing cups Uimming is performed by means

of motorized brushes.

Additional system such as bowls, counters., augers and

adjustable buckets are available.

PRODUCTS

Designed to pack seeds the CG 01 can highly perform

in handling a wide variety of other products such as.

powders, granules and small nugget size items.
