The SC 6000-C-C X-ray scanner manufactured by OCS

Checkweighers is the largest model of a range of globally

successful scanners based on the well-established HD-TDI

technology. Designed and manufactured to meet the

highest requirements of cutting-edge quality manage-

ment it leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to

process reliability and hygienic design.

The high-performance camera detector based on HD-TDI

technology renders sharp, high-resolution pictures thus

providing the ideal input for the specialized image pro-

cessing software developed by OCS. A minimum of false-

positive rejections combined with a maximized detection

accuracy lead to highest possible reliability. Another core

component of the OCS X-ray scanner is the metal ceramics

tube. Its integrated water cooling system replaces the

commonly used oil-based coolant with water and doesn't

need any external cooling.The SC 6000-C-C is equipped

with a comprehensive software package. Detection of

foreign objects, counting as well as checks for correct

shapes, completeness and filling levels are part of the

feature list.The SC 6000-C-C is available as single and multi

track system.The user interface is identical to the HC-A

checkweigher series which is famous for its simple and

intuitive opera-tion. With its uninterrupted documentation

The modular design, well-established in the check-

weigher division, is the perfect basis for a maximum

of flexibility.The scanner can be equipped with

additional infeed and outfeed conveyors to

make it suitable for new tasks in a constantly

changing production environment.

The unique balcony design of all models separates the

cable and motor-free product area completely from the

scanner's systems and allows for quick and easy

cleaning.
