TheTQS-360 (for 360° inspection of cylindrical objects)

is a module in the successful product family of Traceable

Quality Systems. It is for the optical inspection of codes,

layouts, and printed characters on vials or bottles.This

functionality can be added to high performance lines with

minimum effort through the use of multiple ultrafast

cameras for omni-directional identification of objects and

a sophisticated evaluation method.The module is easily

integrated as a stand-alone option in already existing lines

or as a component of a TQS machine. One single software

with a unified user interface allows for a convenient

operation of all components. An additional feature of the

TQS-360 is the adjustment device for all cameras and per-

mits the common adjustment of focal distances. When

paired with aTQS-SP orTQS-HC-A,sub-components like

additional printers and possibly a camera for the purpose

of pre-aggregation using auxiliary codes can be controlled

without changing programs from just one software inter-

face - directly, easily, and quickly via the fully integrated

layouter.

The unit can be integrated in any vial or bottle packaging

line and,for this reason, is an essential part of any well-

thought out Track &Trace system.

or from above or below by means of an additional camera

or downstream TQS modules or further coding and

verification systems in the production line
