nnnnPrecise control of gun current is critical to ensure optimal
nnnnpowder charge and the quality and efficiency of any powder
nnnncoating operation. The combination of Automatic Feedback
nnnnCurrent (AFC) control with Select Charge technology for
nnnnvarious coating modes provides the highest level of flexibility
nnnnand operating parameter control.
nnnnThe iControl integrated control system features user-
nnnnadjustable AFC control to optimize system performance
nnnnover the widest variety of part profiles and configurations.
nnnnIn the AFC mode, the controller automatically adjusts
nnnnelectrostatic voltage output to maintain the optimal powder
nnnncharge and external field strength regardless of the gun-to-
nnnnpart distance for uniform
nnnnpowder deposition across the
nnnnpart. This provides the most
nnnnconsistent, overall coating
