nnnnPROCESS INSTRUMENTS
nnnnTM2000 TRACE OXYGEN ANALYZER
nnnnQuickly responds to process change.
nnnnKEY BENEFITS
nnnnII RS-485 serial communications,
nnnn0 - 20/4 - 20 mA current outputs,
nnnnand digital alarms for systems
nnnnintegration.
nnnnII Save money on calibration gases
nnnnby calibrating with percent gases,
nnnnand then reading accurately in
nnnnlow ppm ranges.
nnnnII Modular design for easy
nnnnupgrades and field service.
nnnnII User-friendly, menu driven
nnnnsoftware that includes helpful
nnnnsystem status text messages
nnnnallows you to begin using the
nnnnTM2000 quickly. Advanced
nnnnsoftware diagnostics and on-line
nnnnhelp further simplify the use of
nnnnthe TM2000.
nnnnII The zirconium oxide sensor
nnnnwill not fail to a zero oxygen
nnnnreading, as with other sensor
nnnntechnologies. Therefore, your
nnnnprocess is always protected.
nnnnII Optional sample bypass
nnnnimproves response times and
nnnnkeeps sensor inlet purged of
nnnndead volume.
nnnnOPERATION
nnnnThe TM2000 net oxygen
nnnnanalyzer protects industrial
nnnnprocesses by quickly responding
nnnnto changes using an industry-
nnnnproven zirconium oxide sensor.
nnnnIt operates within a wide range
nnnnof 0.1 ppm to
nnnn100% oxygen, and
nnnncan accurately
nnnnrespond from
nnnnatmosphere to low
nnnnppm oxygen levels
nnnnin just seconds.
nnnnIn addition, the
nnnnTM2000 can detect
nnnnexcess combustibles
nnnnprocess upsets in
nnnnthe presence of very
nnnnlow ppm oxygen readings.
nnnnThis unique benefit is particularly
nnnnimportant in cryogenic gas
nnnngenerating processes, where the
nnnnTM2000 can distinguish between
nnnnan oxygen upset condition and
nnnnan excess combustibles upset
nnnncondition.
nnnnThe TM2000 is supported
nnnnby the Series 2000 Controller,
nnnnwhich comes complete with a
nnnnstandard weatherproof housing.
nnnnThe controller can be housed
nnnnseparately from the sensor.
