The flexible JP Link conveying systems of Jonge Poerink
Conveyors will find their way into many production
environments. Long horizontal carrying lengths, inclining
or declining tracks, several curves in succession, oval,
spirals: JP Link takes them smoothly and reliable with few
Technical specifications
or no transfers, minimizing the risk of damaged products. belt MP transfer
The JP Link system easily replaces several conveyors and expensive curves. In
some cases the total belt length can be considerably reduced because only an
upper part is needed.
The belt surface of the JP link is not completely closed. Through the open area
of the belt, fluids can fall to the ground, which enables the JP Link system to
be used in wet environments. On a straight section the open area is 36% of the
surface. The belt material is FDA approved.
Thanks to the small inner radius of max. 1.3 times the belt width, the JP Link
system can be installed in a confined space and used in almost every floor
plan. JP Link ensures that products will leave your production line in a uniform
manner. Even after several curves, your products will be ready for the following
(automated) process.

Established in 1932, Jonge Poerink Conveyors has developed into a globally acknowledged specialist in reliable internal conveying systems. We owe our prominent market position in no small part to a constant awareness when it comes to discovering and adopting new technology. A case in point, as early as the seventies we were among the frontrunners in using plastics in our products. As such we can even rightfully claim to be the inventors of the plastic curve belt. This innovative drive has remained at the core of our company up until today. Our product developers and engineers are always searching for efficient new applications as well as ways to make current systems work even better.
