nnnnfinished product. This system features a downward water
nnnncooled blown film line that is well-suited for those seeking a
nnnnhigh output co-extrusion line. With Alpha Glacier, customers are

nnnnAs the film is extruded from the die, it comes in contact with
nnnnwater to quench the film. In contrast, if the film is cooled very
nnnnslowly, the heated film is susceptible to stretching and tearing.
nnnnThis compromises the quality of the film and integrity of the line.
nnnnIf these either of these problems arise, these disruptions
nnnnbecome very costly. By cooling the film quickly with water,
nnnnthese issues are averted, maximizing production time and
nnnnincreasing production capacity. With Alpha Glacier, the integrity of
nnnnthe bubble improves and prevents line interruptions during
nnnnprocessing, promoting economic viability. The quality of the
nnnnfilm produced from the Alpha Glacier line improves substantially.
