The Notified Body ASQPE has realized the initial inspection of the factory and has controled the factory

production continuous surveillance. This certificate attests that the initial type-tests realized on the anti-seismic

devices coming from the "Albert" factory production has satisfied the conditions laid down in the harmonised

nnnn

technical specifications of the standards EN 15129.

The certificate was first issued on 5 of November 2012, except withdrawal or suspension, remains valid

nnnn

as long as the conditions laid down in the reference technical specifications or the manufacturing conditions of the

nnnn

factory or the FPC itself are not modified significantly.
