IMI Sensors has developed this new mechanical vibration switch, Model 685A09,
which not only effectively competes in the mechanical vibration switch market but
also has a significant technical advantage. This Linear Adjust Mechanical Vibration
Switch has a unique new design that provides much better sensitivity adjustment
than traditional designs. This allows a user to better control the trip level in the
switch and improve protection of their equipment (reference test data below).
Additionally, due to the design and
manufacturing processes used to
build the switch, it is more cost
competitive than any of the existing
mechanical vibration switches on
the market, including pricing
advantage in the OEM market.
