Husky9 Ultra 350 nozzles are ideal for small, space constrained parts
or inside-gating applications with throughputs up to 20 grams/sec.
Hot tip and valve gating options accommodate most commodity
and engineering resins.

Applications
The Ultra 350 nozzle provides exciting opportunities for molders
and moldmakers in the closure, medical and consumerelectronics
markets because it is the smallest Ultra nozzle with valve gat-
ing capabilities.The Ultra 350 nozzle is designed forcompact,
multi-cavity production of small parts, including valve gating
in difficult-to-access areas on medical parts or inside gating of
closures. The nozzle features a wide operating window and an opti-
mized thermal profile for ease of start-up. The Ultra 350 nozzle's
small footprint provides better access at the gate for cooling and
increased plate steel for support. Ultra 350 nozzles are currently
available for polyolefin and engineering grade resins. All Husky hot
runners come with a three year leakproof guarantee.
