Hardness
The hardness of Huarong's alloy is well above Hv 800 or HRC
60, equivalent to that of high-end WC-based barrels and much
superior to commercial Ni-based bimetal barrels. The hardness
is uniform throughout the thickness of alloy lining, ensuring
Huarong's alloy good wear resistance down to its bimetal
surface. High temperature hardness measurement also shows
that Huarong's alloy still bears good wear resistance at elevated
temperature operations up to 400°C

Characteristics
Huarong's complex bimetal alloy barrels possess excellent wear
and corrosion resistance and high surface quality to reduce
production cost, by increasing injection efficiency and reducing
maintenance and down time. Huarong's alloy is especially
suitable for highly wearing and corrosive engineering plastics
used in advanced applications such as PVC fittings.
